VI EDITION
In October 2025, we launched the sixth edition of the nationwide educational project EMP@THETIC CLASSROOM. This initiative is designed for primary and secondary school students. Its goal is to foster loyalty, cooperation, and helpfulness among children and young people. The project's core idea is to develop empathy in students, enabling them to perceive and understand the emotional states of others and respond appropriately. The project can be carried out during class meetings or extracurricular activities. If you are a teacher and wish to join our Empathetic Community, SIGN UP TO PARTICIPATE!
EMP@THETIC CLASSROOM addresses the priorities set by the Ministry of National Education for the 2024/2025 school year, specifically:
The school as a place of civic education, shaping social and patriotic attitudes, and responsibility for the region and country.
Supporting the well-being and mental health of children and youth; cultivating empathy and sensitivity to the needs of others among students.
Improving the quality of inclusive education and skills for working in diverse teams.
Promoting the development of digital competencies among students and teachers, particularly focusing on safe online navigation, critical analysis of internet content, methodologically appropriate use of digital resources by educators (especially those utilizing artificial intelligence), and effective use of the Integrated Educational Platform resources.
Participants will carry out monthly tasks as part of the project, which are available under the Missions tab on the website www.empatycznaklasa.edu.pl. Participants must document their completed missions and activities in the form of photos, videos, or reports. These materials should be shared in the EMP@THETIC CLASSROOM project group on Facebook. If you'd like to see how our participants managed tasks in previous editions, be sure to visit our group!
